A trusted name and easy to use. But please note that there might be a small amount of service fee charged by PayPal for customers using different currency to purchase.

Delivery
Kindly order the bouquets 1 days in advance.
Please call us or WhatsApp us for the shorter notice delivery.
Some flowers have their seasonal limitation. Talk to us if you need specific flowers.
We make sure the availability of your favorite flowers if you order a week in advance. Much Appreciate.
Delivery Fee will be waived to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories - except island. For Wedding products & Events, delivery fee will be arranged by project.
Delivery time will be Monday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm, you may type your preferred time am / pm, or the exact delivery time in our custom form while checking out. We will try our best to make it. If you would like to have any order on Sunday & Monday, please kindly contact us for further details.
*In the case of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal being hoisted delivery services will be suspended.
*It is the responsibility of the sender to provide the correct details (such as name, address, phone, etc) for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery.
Return
In general
Return or cancellations of orders are not accepted, and bouquet deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are any issues with your flowers, please kindly contact us within 12 hours of received. All orders made online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us immediately.
Prices, colors and availability
Prices are subject to change without notice and it may be increased during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Pictures and descriptions on the website are for indication only. As flowers are seasonal, the final product may consists of different type, color or quantity of flowers. However, we aim to deliver and tailor the best flower bouquet as you type in the custom form or depicted on the website.
